Risk Disclosure

Read this page fully before using any information published by KamlanTrader.

Trading in securities, futures and options involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. Past or simulated performance is not indicative of future results.

Options Risk

Options are leveraged, time-limited instruments. They can lose value rapidly due to time decay and can expire worthless. Certain option strategies can lose more than the premium received.

Volatility Risk

Market volatility can change abruptly. Conditions the system evaluates — VIX, IV rank, regime — can shift in minutes, and a recorded state can become invalid quickly.

Liquidity Risk

Option strikes away from the at-the-money region can be illiquid. Real fills may be materially worse than displayed quotes, or unavailable at any reasonable price.

Execution Differences

Paper records assume fills at feed prices. Real execution involves latency, partial fills, rejections and price movement between decision and execution. Actual results will differ from paper records.

Paper Versus Live Trading

All published records are paper (simulated) trades. Paper results do not include the psychological, financial and execution realities of live trading. They are not a preview of live results.

Historical Performance

Historical or simulated performance does not represent actual customer returns and is not indicative of future results. Sample sizes are limited and cover one underlying (NIFTY).

No Guarantees

KamlanTrader does not guarantee profits, returns, accuracy or any particular outcome. No analysis system can guarantee market outcomes.

Model Limitations

The model score is an internal system measure of condition strength. It is not statistically calibrated as a probability of profit. Models can be wrong about current and future conditions.

Data Limitations

The system depends on external broker feeds. Feeds can be delayed, interrupted or contain errors. The engine is designed to halt on stale data, but data-quality risk cannot be eliminated.

Slippage Limitations

Slippage is not currently modeled in paper results. Real-world fills for option spreads can be significantly worse than the paper-recorded prices, especially in fast markets.

Platform Status

KamlanTrader is a technology platform operating in paper-trading mode. It is not a stock broker, investment adviser, research analyst or portfolio manager, and is not currently SEBI registered in any of those capacities.

Nothing on this website is a recommendation, solicitation or instruction to buy or sell any instrument. Users are solely responsible for their own trading decisions and execution through their own broker.
