1. Service Description

KamlanTrader is a technology platform that processes live NIFTY market data, evaluates defined market conditions, assigns an internal model score and records its output through a paper-trading engine. We are NOT a stock broker, investment adviser, research analyst or portfolio manager, and are not SEBI registered in any of those capacities. All output is informational and simulated; the system does not place orders with any broker and does not execute trades on behalf of users.

2. Risk Disclosure

Trading in options involves substantial risk and is not suitable for all investors. Historical or simulated performance does not represent actual customer returns and does not guarantee future results. You may lose all or more than your investment. Any trading decisions you make are your own, executed through your own broker.

3. Subscriptions

Subscriptions are billed monthly as payment for software access. Plans auto-expire after 30 days unless renewed. Prices may change with notice. Refunds are not provided for partial months. A subscription does not promise returns of any kind.

4. Account Responsibility & Funds

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. KamlanTrader does not hold, accept or manage customer funds. Any trading capital you may have stays in your own account with your own SEBI-registered broker.

5. No Guarantees

We do not guarantee uptime, model accuracy, or any trading outcome. The system may experience downtime, errors, or losses. Market analysis remains uncertain. We are not liable for any financial losses. Users remain responsible for their own trading decisions.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. Contact support for cancellation assistance.
